This easy-to-use, web based cost recovery system can be used by shops to generate invoices for body repair fasteners and supplies that are used in daily collision repairs. The system is extremely easy to set up and use, and it already contains all Henry’s part numbers. A shop can also add an unlimited number of their own part numbers and shop supplies. This allows the shop to simply scan or key in the items that are used on a repair and generate an invoice for them. Training is provided for setup and use.
Shops can also use the system as an inventory management system for their fasteners and can even generate POs through it for re-ordering. Simply scan the items that you’re low on and add them to a PO.
Taking it a step further, use the system to generate product usage reports and profit reports. Keep track of your fasteners and supplies and help reduce inventory shrinkage.
